This document describes our Zoom integration. It contains information about installing, removing and usage of Zocks Zoom app.

From Console

• Login into Zocks Console
• Navigate to Account/Integrations
• ‍Under Zoom tab Press Connect Zoom button:

• Log into your Zoom account:

• Authorise the app:

• The installation is now complete, any future meetings on Zoom will appear as a new session inside Rooms view with the usual timeline, transcript and configured intelligence results.

From the Financial Advisor App

• Login to your financial advisor app
• Press button My Previous Meetings:

• Press button Connect Zoom:

• Log into your Zoom account:

• Authorise the app:

• The installation is now complete, any future meetings on Zoom will appear in My Meetings list with the usual content: participants and intelligence results.

From the Financial Advisor App

• Login to your financial advisor app
• Press button My Previous Meetings:

• Hover over button Zoom Connected and press Uninstall:

• Press remove next to Zocks.io app on Zoom App Marketplace:

• Confirm the app removal:

• Uninstallation is finished, all Zoom permissions granted to Zocks are removed.

From Console

• Login to Zocks Console
• Navigate to Account/Integrations
• Under Zoom tab press link Uninstall:

• Press remove next to Zocks.io app on Zoom App Marketplace:

• Confirm the app removal:

• Uninstallation is finished, all Zoom permissions granted to Zocks are removed.
