We’re kicking off June with our biggest product update yet — introducing powerful new platform capabilities that elevate Zocks into a fully AI-native client intelligence platform. With intelligent, data-driven email reply generation and our first financial planning integration via eMoney, Zocks now supports your entire client engagement workflow from start to finish, automating all the administrative, manual labor-intensive steps at each stage.

eMoney Integration

We are pleased to announce that Zocks is the first client intelligence platform of its kind to fully integrate with the market leader in Financial Planning solutions, eMoney Advisor.

The AI-powered, two-way integration between the platforms is aimed squarely at eliminating manual data entry and reducing the time to advice. Zocks automatically creates and maintains structured data from conversations, emails and CRM records for each of your Clients. 

This enables Zocks to populate and update ‘Facts’ data in eMoney, eliminating the need to update fields manually. In return, relevant facts and plan data from eMoney can be utilized by your AI Assistant in Zocks to support smarter Meeting Preparation and Email responses.

eMoney - Two-way data synchronization

  • Push data to eMoney: populate eMoney Facts from Zocks Meeting Results. This is a context-aware structured data sync meaning Zocks understands the purpose of each field in eMoney and populates the right piece of information from each meeting keeping your records and plans built on them up to date.

  • Pull data from eMoney: Meeting Prep, Email replies and AI Assistant. You can use eMoney information in your meeting preparation process and as usual with Zocks, you can template the information needed based on your workflow (e.g.: New client onboarding vs. Retirement planning meetings, etc.).
    Your Zocks AI Assistant is capable of crafting client email replies based on and also answering questions you might have about a specific client using information stored in eMoney.

This is just the first wave of capabilities released as the architecture built between the two platforms opens up possibilities for a whole host of smart supporting features that are coming in 2025. 

Email Assistant - intelligent email replies

Managing hundreds of emails each week while crafting accurate, contextual responses is really time-consuming. That's why we introduced data-based email reply generation late last year.

Since then, we've been hard at work expanding these capabilities through our Early Access Program, gathering valuable feedback from users like you. Today, we're excited to announce that our inbox management features have evolved into a comprehensive Email Hub within Zocks.

This isn't about topic-based reply generation as with most generic email tools on the market. Our AI stack pulls information from your Financial Planning data, CRM records, and meeting notes to provide fully contextualized draft replies. You can review, edit, and send these drafts directly from Outlook or Gmail, making email management faster and more accurate than ever.

Main features in Email hub:

  • Full inbox integration - Zocks can read Emails from your Contacts
  • Consent automation - Email processing can be set up based on your Client’s consent status
  • Email Types - Similarly to meeting types, our AI engine categorizes emails into email types so it can apply a fitting template and processing steps
  • Email Type based automation - You can define on the Email Type level if you would like to Generate a reply, Push to draft or ignore the email depending on its category and content
  • Email templates - With the same flexible firm-level configuration hierarchy as with meetings
  • Email status based workflows - Similarly to meetings, you can define if the email was processed or if there are any additional steps you need to take.
  • Citation on email replies - Financial Planning, CRM, Meeting History and Client Profile info are all used to generate data-backed replies and your AI Assistant always shows you the source of the information used
  • Advanced filtering and Contact-based email history
  • Client interaction analytics - Full timeline and communication frequency metrics under the contact, including emails and meetings (virtual, phone and in-person)

With email now integrated as a bi-directional data source, Zocks becomes your constant companion throughout every client interaction. The platform supports you at each stage of the client lifecycle while automatically updating client records with insights from every client exchange.

Looking ahead, we're expanding email functionality to include automatic task generation and management, similar to the feature you may already know from our Meeting Summary section.

New CRM Integration - SmartOffice CRM

Based on your feedback, SmartOffice was one of the most requested CRM integrations next in line, so we're excited to announce that it's now available to all Zocks users. 

The integrations (like all our CRM integrations) support two-way structured data syncing that allows for:

  • Contact syncing between your CRM and Zocks
  • Saving Zocks Meeting Summaries to your CRM
  • Creating Tasks in CRM
  • Meeting prep using CRM data and past Zocks Meeting Summaries
  • Email reply generation based in CRM information
  • Zocks’ Client Profiles - synced with CRM info
  • Zocks’ Form fill - data pulled from and Forms saved to the CRM

Zocks provides out-of-the-box smart defaults for SmartOffice users, but with our Elastic CRM layer, custom mappings for data objects and advanced workflows are also available. 

As always, if you require support beyond our smart defaults with ANY of our supported CRM systems, use custom objects, or have built custom automation, please reach out to our Professional Services team so they can help set you up with custom mappings to streamline how Zocks works with your CRM.

Intulse VoIP integration

Zocks provides full 360-degree coverage for phone calls. Simply add the AI Assistant to your calls as an extra participant, and Zocks will automatically generate a detailed Meeting Summary.

Due to popular demand, we’ve released official support for Intulse that makes it easier to configure it in the Shared Phone lines section.

Simply add the AI Assistant number with the unique extension code to a Group Call to enjoy the same note-taking and client intelligence features as with virtual and in-person meetings.

Administrative Assistants - full dedicated seat

Administrative Assistants are an integral part of most advisory practices' daily operations. Zocks is dedicated to continuously ship features that help Administrative Assistants not only by adapting to their workflows but also support their efforts in managing and setting up workflows for their entire office.

With the newly introduced dedicated full Administrative Assistant seats:

  • Administrative Assistants can now run and analyze their own meetings
  • Edit Meeting Templates and set up resources for the entire team
  • Use more accurate filtering on Upcoming and Past meetings by selecting multiple Advisors to include in their views
  • Set defaults for processing an Advisor’s work
