We have drastically cut down on data entry by the advisor. Prior to using Zocks, meeting notes, follow-ups, and recaps would take anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Now, when I leave a meeting, my assistant has everything she needs almost instantaneously. Depending on the number of meetings I have in a given week, I'm at least saving a couple of hours.
