New and Enhanced Integrations

Holistiplan Tax Planning Integration
Your tax planning conversations just became significantly more powerful with Zocks + Holistiplan. Our new bi-directional integration brings comprehensive tax analysis, data and insights directly into your Zocks powered client meetings and email communications.
Key features include:
- Enhanced Meeting Prep: Zocks pulls the most recent and relevant tax analysis, data and insights from Holistiplan and combines them with past meeting notes, emails, and data from your CRM, planning and portfolio tools to instantly prepare you for client meetings. With a comprehensive client overview and financial summary, you’re fully prepared for any topic.
- AI responses with comprehensive tax data: While in a live meeting, using ‘Ask Anything’, or even Zocks Email, you’ll have instant access to Holistiplan for details about total, adjusted and taxable income, deductions, tax liability, filing status, marginal tax rates, dividends, capital gains, carryforward losses, supporting schedules and more. You’ll have the details you need to respond with confidence and specifics.
- Two-way data sync: Create new client records in Holistiplan directly from Zocks meetings, update client information with insights discovered during conversations, and keep contact details up to date.

New CRM Integrations: AdvisorEngine & BlackDiamond Engage
Two new CRM integrations are available with this release:
AdvisorEngine CRM brings top-tier client relationship management capabilities with essential features including contact syncing, meeting summary saves, and task creation directly in your CRM.
Additional functionality like Meeting Prep and Ask Anything using AdvisorEngine data, as well as contact updates and creation capabilities, will roll out in the next phase.

SS&C BlackDiamond Engage is also live with the complete Zocks CRM feature set. The integration includes contact creation, contact syncing, meeting summary saves, task creation, and meeting prep. You also have Zocks ‘Ask Anything’, email reply generation, Client Profiles and Zocks Form fill utilizing all your CRM data.
Both integrations deliver the core functionality you need to maintain streamlined client workflows while keeping your data synchronized and accessible across platforms.
Redtail Workflow Enhancements
Two frequently requested Redtail enhancements are now live, giving you more control over team communication and task management within your CRM workflow.
- Redtail notifications when saving notes: When saving meeting notes to Redtail, you can now select specific users and teams to notify, matching the functionality available within Redtail itself.

- Multi-team member task assignment: Tasks can now be assigned to multiple team members when saving to Redtail, streamlining collaboration on client follow-ups and action items.

These enhancements improve team coordination and ensure important client information reaches the right people at the right time.
Prospecting Flow - Create Contacts Across All Systems
Contact creation from Zocks is now live, transforming how you manage new client relationships and system integration. This powerful workflow lets you create contacts in any connected system directly from Zocks, streamlining your prospecting and onboarding process.
Key capabilities:
- Universal contact creation: Create new contacts in CRMs, eMoney, PreciseFP, Orion Portfolio Management, Holistiplan and any future integrations directly from meeting conversations.

- Intelligent data capture: New contacts are automatically created with all information detected during conversations, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring complete client profiles from the first interaction.
- First-time client onboarding: Transform prospects you're meeting for the first time into full contacts across all your systems in a single step. These new clients can be added to Zocks and any connected system simultaneously, with automatic linking between platforms.
- Existing contact expansion: Add current Zocks contacts to additional systems where they don't exist yet.

This new workflow works from both Past Meetings and Email Hub, making it easy to capture and organize client information whenever it's discovered. The Outlook plugin integration for this workflow is coming soon.
CRM Deeplink Navigation
Keeping your past meeting notes and follow-ups synchronized between Zocks and your CRM just got easier. Your past meeting view now includes an export history that shows when meeting notes and tasks were saved to your CRM, with direct links to those specific CRM entries.

This new feature eliminates the need to search for client records and ensures smooth transitions between meeting documentation and CRM management.

New Workflow Features
New Email Flows in Zocks Email
With Zocks Email, the AI Assistant drafts and saves email replies in your Outlook or Gmail inbox. It goes beyond generic tools by using Zocks’ full client intelligence including past meetings, Client Profiles, CRM, Financial Planning, Portfolio Planning, and Tax Planning data to produce accurate, data-backed emails with fully cited sources.

With this release, you can now use this same client intelligence to create advisor-initiated email workflows. You can launch personalized messages, using your firm’s approved templates and messaging, while the AI Assistant automatically pulls in client information from all your connected systems, saving you hours of manual work.
New pre-built Email Flows for common use cases include:
- Annual Review
- Portfolio Review - periodic (quarterly/semi-annual)
- Goal Progress Summary
- Open tasks (Actionables)
- Milestone Check-In
- Life Change Outreach
You can also design custom templates and let the AI Assistant handle data gathering, or simply give it a one-off instruction to create new emails on demand.
Availability
- Zocks Email (with advisor-triggered flows) is included in the Ultimate subscription tier.
- All subscription levels still allow Outlook or Gmail integration for email-driven insights such as Meeting Preparation, Ask Anything AI, and Agenda creation.
- The Outlook plug-in is available across every tier.

Branded PDF
You can now personalize all your exported PDFs with custom branding by uploading your firm's logo to replace the default Zocks branding. This ensures your client materials have a polished, professional, and on-brand appearance.

Account owners can update both the account name and logo, ensuring all exports automatically reflect your firm's identity. To add an account name or logo go to Account > Setup > Settings > Account Name and Account Logo.
Form Citation
Form management just became more transparent with the new Form Citation feature.
You can now easily trace the origin of each piece of data in your forms. For forms pulling data from external sources like CRMs or eMoney, the Source button shows where the data comes from.

For forms based on meeting transcripts, the Explain button reveals exactly how the information was extracted from conversations.

This ensures complete visibility into your data sources, making compliance tracking and quality control simpler and more efficient.
Trim Meetings
We’ve just made it easier to keep your meeting insights focused and actionable. With the new meeting trimming feature, Account Owners and Administrators can remove unnecessary sections from your meetings, ensuring that only the most relevant information remains.

This feature is especially useful when meetings run over, and Zocks analyzes parts you don’t want included in your summary. It allows you to quickly remove irrelevant content so your meeting summaries stay clear and to the point.
Referral tracking in Zocks
Referrals are one of the most powerful growth drivers for any business, a personal recommendation often carries more weight than any marketing message. To help you harness this potential, we’ve introduced a dedicated Referral Preset that captures referral details in meetings with more precision than ever before.

You can add this preset to your Meeting Types to start collecting valuable referral data that powers both personalized outreach and deeper analytics.
What the preset tracks:
- Which Advisor is asking for referrals
- Which Clients are willing to provide referrals
- The context of the referral conversation
- The details of the referred person
- The timing of referrals (already provided vs. future opportunities)
How this data powers your Analytics hub:
- Identify which Advisors consistently ask for referrals
- Track the percentage of meetings where referrals are mentioned
- Measure the total volume of referral opportunities
- See how many clients agree to provide referrals
This referral intelligence acts as a core building block in our broader Referral roadmap, laying the foundation for referral-based workflows and helping you turn every conversation into a growth opportunity.
Analytics Hub and Client Profiles now included in Zocks Professional
We’re excited to share that Analytics Hub and Client Profiles are now included in the Zocks Professional subscription—previously available only in our Ultimate tier. This free upgrade gives your team powerful new tools to:
- Track trends and client/advisor metrics
- Gain practice performance insights and identify next steps
- Automate KPI reporting and coaching opportunities
- Standardize best practices across top performers
- Monitor client relationship signals and improve team efficiency
- Automatically maintain industry-standard Client Profiles with full history

New Trial Options Across All Subscription Tiers

As each subscription tier expands with new functionality, we’re giving every customer the chance to explore upcoming features. For example, Professional customers can launch an Ultimate trial (while continuing to pay only for Pro) and experience Zocks Email. Likewise, Essentials customers can start a Professional trial to explore the full feature set including Analytics Hub and Client Profiles.
