August Product Update: Zoom App, Search & Replace, ORION, and more — see what’s new in Zocks!

As the season begins to wind down and we prepare for autumn (also known as ‘tradeshow season’ for us here at Zocks), we've been working hard behind the scenes to get a ton of new features ready for you. We have a jam-packed product update this month with some major new features and improvements we can't wait to share with you.

Meeting Assistant Updates
ZOOM Native app - Live meeting experience in Zoom
Following the delivery of our Outlook plugin last month, we’ve expanded the Zocks plugin ecosystem with a native Zoom app.

Zocks client intelligence and meeting support is now available directly within Zoom, so you have instant access to the following features:
- Manage the Zocks Meeting Assistant including the ability to remove it from the meeting
- Client (participant) information
- View and manage tasks related to the participants
- Ability to access meeting prep and the meeting prep mail generated by Zocks
- ‘Ask Anything’ AI Assistant which can access past meetings and any information from connected integrations like eMoney, Orion and your CRM
- Take manual notes on the Zocks Notepad
You just need to connect your Zoom account within Zocks under the Account > Profile Settings > Integrations menu (you might need to reconnect if you had Zoom previously connected) to get access.

Webex Meeting Support
Great news! Zocks now supports Webex, giving you more options for your virtual meetings. This new addition means you can get consistent, AI-driven insights with real-time note-taking and task generation across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and now Webex. And as always, Zocks works without recording your meetings.
To utilize Webex, go to Account > Profile Settings > Integrations menu.

Multi-Account Access, Shared Team Support
Due to popular demand from firms with multiple locations and multiple offices, we’ve added the capability for users to join multiple ‘Zocks Orgs’ and seamlessly switch between them. Previously users could only be added to one Zocks Org and couldn’t access another with the same email address.

The feature is especially useful for:
- Administrative assistants supporting multiple offices in separate accounts
- Compliance officers needing visibility across teams in separate accounts
- Practice management overseeing advisors across separate accounts
If you’re an Account Owner, you can now grant access to users from other Zocks accounts. Once added, these users can easily switch between offices within Zocks (no logging in and out needed).
Multi-account access is being rolled out in phases. Firms that requested it and those enrolled in our Early Access Program already have it enabled. If you’d like it activated for your account, please reach out to us.
Live Meetings for Phone Calls
Phone meetings now get the complete Live Meeting experience, bringing your full Zocks toolkit directly into voice-only client conversations. Whether you're using mobile, landline, or VoIP systems, you have instant access to your meeting prep, meeting agenda, the Zocks Meeting Assistant, and notepad in real-time.
- Personal phone: Call Zocks to add the AI Meeting Assistant to ongoing calls. If you have a calendar event within ±10 minutes, you'll be prompted to link your call to your scheduled event, or you can keep it separate for ad-hoc conversations
- Shared phone systems: Start calls directly from Meeting Prep or from the Live Meeting screen with full context immediately available when linked to scheduled meetings, or launch unlinked calls where you can build context as you go by adding participants and generating Meeting Prep on the fly
With Live Phone Calls, calendar-scheduled meetings integrate seamlessly with your preparation workflow, while ad-hoc calls can be launched instantly with complete AI assistance. This ensures consistent meeting quality whether it's a planned client appointment or an unexpected consultation call that needs the same level of professional attention.
Workflow enhancements
‘Ask Anything’ and Search & Replace for faster meeting note edits
We've upgraded meeting result editing capabilities to make correcting misspelled names or acronyms faster and more precise. Previously, edits required prompting the Ask Anything AI assistant and could take up to a minute with large meeting contexts.
Two editing options now available:
- Ask Anything AI Assistant: Simply prompt changes like "Replace Katherine with Catherine" - the AI Assistant will make updates in seconds
- Find and Replace Tool: Access this new feature under the 3-dot menu at the top of meeting summaries for direct text replacement that's even faster than the AI Assistant

Whether you prefer AI-assisted editing or direct find-and-replace control, you can quickly polish meeting documentation without worrying about unintended changes to your content. Updates apply across meeting summary, all presets, tasks, and meeting titles.
Private Meetings
We're introducing Private Meetings to give organizations greater control over meeting visibility and ensure sensitive information stays secure. This new feature is currently rolling out and will be available over the coming weeks.

Key features:
- Flexible privacy settings at meeting and meeting-type level
- Respects the connected calendar’s privacy settings.
- Secure visibility: only invited participants can see private meeting details
- Enterprise-wide consistency with support for organizational hierarchies
- Warning on external exports
Private Meetings in Zocks ensure that sensitive information stays fully protected by hiding all details and even the meeting itself from the meeting lists of anyone who is not a participant, while Account Owners maintain full visibility across the organization. This way, confidential discussions remain private and privacy rules are applied consistently across your organization.
New and enhanced integrations
ORION Portfolio Management integration
Following our eMoney financial planning integration, we're taking another major step forward in automation and advisor efficiency. Zock’s bi-directional integration with ORION Portfolio Management is now live and will get additional enhancements in the coming weeks to bring comprehensive investment and performance data directly into your client conversations.
Key features include:
- Enhanced Meeting Prep: Portfolio, accounts, and holding details, performance, asset allocation, transaction history, and billing information can be automatically pulled into Zocks’ Meeting Prep for clients, once ORION is connected. The Zocks default meeting prep templates have all been updated. Let us know if you need help on any custom templates you’ve created.
- Smarter AI responses: Zocks’ Ask Anything and email replies can now access all the details in Orion for your clients to assist you including client profiles, household summaries, portfolios, accounts, holdings, asset allocation, performance, risk analytics, trading activity, and more for more precise, contextual responses
- Two-way sync: Update client personal details, contact information, and professional data in ORION directly from conversations

The integration pulls everything from real-time account balances and individual security positions to risk scores and comprehensive transaction history.
What's next: Automated report generation that will execute and include ORION reports directly in meeting prep, making portfolio reviews even more streamlined.
Black Diamond CRM integration
SS&C Black Diamond Edge and SS&C Black Diamond Elements are now available under integrations, expanding our CRM support with two more powerful connections.

Full CRM functionality includes:
- Contact syncing between your CRM and Zocks
- Automatic saving of Zocks meeting summaries to CRM records
- Task creation directly in your CRM system
- Meeting prep powered by CRM data, past meeting summaries, and other connected systems
- Email reply generation based on CRM information
- Client Profiles and form fill capabilities
Both integrations offer the complete feature set you expect from Zocks CRM connections. If you're currently using either of these systems with Salesforce with default mapping, switching to the direct SS&C connection will give you better data flow and enhanced functionality.
Enhanced options for Zocks Forms integrating with CRM
Zocks Forms now offers complete flexibility in how data exports to your CRM, transforming client conversations into automated, CRM-triggered workflows.
Three mapping options are now available:
- Save as CRM note - Save a completed Zocks form as detailed notes in your connected CRM (default)
- Save to single CRM field - Save all the Zocks Form data in a single field in your connected CRM
- Field-by-field mapping - Map and save each Zocks Form field to a specific field in your connected CRM

With these enhancements, you can easily turn conversations into structured data that then feed directly into your CRM and workflows. We’ve already seen customers use it for suitability, compliance, client onboarding, account opening, and other specialized client workflows. Meeting context data (start/end dates) maps alongside form responses.
This transforms systematic client information collection from manual data entry into integrated workflow catalysts that leverage your existing CRM automation.
Setup recommendation: While this is available as a self-service option, given the technical complexity involved, we recommend having our Professional Services team handle the configuration. Our Implementation Managers can ensure your Zocks Form mappings are perfectly aligned with your practice's workflow requirements.
