Zocks Wins 2026 Wealthies Award for AI Workflow Automation
Zocks won the Artificial Intelligence: Workflow Automation award in the Technology Providers category at the 2026 Wealth Management Industry Awards (the Wealthies), presented by WealthManagement.com. Zocks was selected from 10 finalists in the category. Zocks is the #1 AI Assistant for Financial Services on G2 and supports more than 5,000 financial services firms.
Winners were recognized on September 10 at a black-tie gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. The Zocks team was proud to share the evening with so many of our customers and technology partners recognized as finalists and winners across dozens of categories this year.
How were the Wealthies winners selected?
The Wealthies, now in its 12th year, recognizes business initiatives that enhance financial advisor success and help advisors create better outcomes for their clients. This year's program drew a record 1,392 nominations from 508 companies.
Firms submitted initiatives they launched or enhanced during the previous 18 months; categories that celebrate individuals covered achievements from the same period. A panel of independent judges with industry expertise reviewed each submission for innovation, scope, and impact, then announced the finalists in June. Each judge ranked those finalists, and the weighted aggregate of those rankings determined the winner. The panel, led by David Armstrong, Director of Editorial Strategy & Operations at Informa (WealthManagement.com’s parent company), included industry consultants, researchers, and editors. There was no fee to be considered.
Why did Zocks win the Artificial Intelligence: Workflow Automation award?
In 2025, we expanded Zocks from an AI assistant focused on client meetings into a platform that automates workflows across the client lifecycle. Meetings account for a small share of the operational work at an advisory firm, so we built Zocks to also support client onboarding, financial planning, document processing, ongoing client management, advisor coaching and insights, and more.
Over the past year, Zocks added nearly 20 new integrations, bringing the total to more than 40 across CRM (including Wealthbox, Salesforce, and Redtail), financial planning (eMoney and RightCapital), tax (Holistiplan), estate (Wealth.com), and portfolio management (Orion). With two-way data flows, open APIs, and Zocks Model Context Protocol (MCP) launched in April 2026, Zocks fits into any tech stack, making up-to-date client data and context available wherever advisors work. What does Zocks automate for financial advisors?
Much of an advisor's week goes to administrative work: preparing for, documenting, and following up on client meetings and conversations; answering emails; completing paperwork; and keeping systems and records up to date.
Zocks automates that work by gathering context and insights from client conversations and triggering next-step workflows. It does this without recording, and firms keep full ownership and control of their data.
With Zocks, financial advisors can:
- Onboard clients and open accounts faster: Zocks completes intake, fact-finder, and account-opening forms using information captured in client conversations
- Keep client records current: Details from meetings, emails, and documents sync automatically to CRM, financial planning, and other essential advisor tools, across hundreds of standard and custom fields
- Spend less time keying in paperwork: Document Intelligence pulls data from tax returns and other documents in multiple formats — including pdfs and photos — into the right fields
- Reply to clients faster: Zocks Email drafts personalized replies using a client's full conversation history and data
- Find opportunities across their entire book: With Zocks Client Queries, advisors can ask plain-language questions (like which clients need to take a required minimum distribution in the next two months, or which households have kids but no 529 plan) and get a client list with suggested next-best actions to engage them
Advisors who use Zocks report getting back more than 10 hours a week to reinvest in client relationships and in growing their practices.
What does this mean for Zocks?
This award reflects the hard work of our growing global teams as well as the support of our customers. Zocks now supports more than 5,000 financial services firms, including 7 of the 9 top mega RIAs on the 2026 Barron’s list and 2 of the top 3 life insurance carriers.
We're grateful to WealthManagement.com and the Wealthies judges, and we congratulate all of this year’s honorees. Most of all, a big thank you to the advisors and firms who use Zocks every day, tell us what they love (and what can be improved), and help shape what we build next!
