The challenge: junior advisors stuck doing admin work

Two years ago, financial advisor Elizabeth Jacques and her team at Harvest Wealth Group were drowning in administrative overhead. Every client meeting required an associate advisor whose sole job was creating meeting notes using a dictation tool, with a frustrating two-day transcription turnaround.

"We would have to go straight from one meeting into the next, trying to wrap up six to eight dictations at the end of the day," explains Elizabeth. "We were relying on somebody newer to the industry to capture really important information that maybe wasn't as detailed as an experienced advisor would be."

The firm was trapped in a costly cycle: they needed additional staff just to take notes, which prevented junior advisors from developing independent client relationships. Something had to change.

The solution: an ‘incredibly easy to configure’ AI assistant

Within six months, Zocks helped Harvest Wealth Group fundamentally transform its capacity. The administrative burden that once required a dedicated headcount disappeared entirely. "We don't have associate advisors sitting in meetings just to take notes anymore. Zocks completely removed the need to carry a whole other salary just to give the same level of experience to our clients." 

The firm held 80% of the prior year's total meetings in the first half of 2025 alone, with weekly volume growing from roughly 12 to 30-40+ meetings—including a record 41 meetings in a single three-day period. They're now on track for 1,000 client meetings this year.

Elizabeth can now focus on what mattered most: developing her team. Six advisors now run independent meetings, with Elizabeth using Zocks' talk-time and sentiment analytics for targeted coaching.

The impact extended to clients as well. Consistent, immediate follow-ups became the norm across the entire team, and personal details that might have slipped through the cracks were now reliably captured. "I've gone back and reviewed notes and thought, 'Oh yeah, they did talk about that serious concern,' helping us deepen relationships with clients."
