We’ve been busy building Zocks to make it better for you and we have a number of updates we want share. With that, we’re thrilled to kick off Zocks Monthly Updates!

Product highlights

Now, let's dive into some highlights of what's new in Zocks:

Create your own email follow-up template

‍

‍

Take control of your follow-up strategy! Provide a sample message, and let Zocks seamlessly prepare future follow-ups with your personal touch. Find the template in the Setup menu, Email tab and click the gear icon.

Invite Zocks Assistant by email

‍

‍

Zocks Assistant can be added manually to any Zoom meetings by adding assistant@invite.zocks.io to a meeting on your calendar.

Automated client detection

Zocks now automatically identifies client names (and multiple clients) in both in-person and uploaded meetings, so you do not have to manually tell us. Stay tuned for this same feature in video meetings, coming soon.

Dictation

We have created three new meeting presets that are fine-tuned for dictation: Account actions, Internal followups and Accounts to be opened. If you're using Zocks for dictations after a meeting, try them out and give us feedback!

Shared meetings feed for teams (Professional Plan)

‍

‍

Team collaboration enables team members to see each other’s past and upcoming meetings, and the read-only Assistant role. Both features are now available for customers in the Professional plan.

Mobile app for in-person meetings

‍

‍

We have completely reengineered our mobile app. Now it works offline and you should expect a significant performance improvement. If you haven’t already, you can download them here: iOS and Android.
